Uniting Indonesia’s language professionals to uphold excellence, integrity, and trust in language services nationwide.
The Indonesian Association of Language Agencies
Our journey began with discussions at the LSP Luncheon on August 31, 2019. Key focus areas that emerged include:
Addressing the varying quality of talent, with most recruitment still relying on personal and social referrals. There is a need for an application that can quickly and accurately display a talent database.
Enhancing knowledge and skills in managing LSP-related issues, including administration, finance, and taxation. Additionally, the industry has identified the need for an association to represent and advance the interests of the language sector and a centralized database for LSPs, covering both clients and talent.
Building a better understanding of LSP management challenges, alongside the importance of establishing an association to advocate for the industry and create a comprehensive database of both clients and talent.
